Always a favorite, enjoyed the story. Sad at times but such a lovely book that tells the way of life in England many years ago. Just three people with a fourth added through marriage. Tells the story on how they lived through tough times.

Wonderful book. A book about seeing people for what they are, not for their color, their religion or belief. About a man coming back to his beliefs and caring for all types of people. You will not be able to put it down. It's a quick read and you will truly enjoy it. It will also make you think about how you treat people.

This has got to be one of the most endearing books to read. It kept my attention from the first page to the last page. Such a wonderful story about a little girl names CeeCee. From a sad childhood in the North to the most happiest ending in the South living with her Great Aunt, her Aunts cook and a dear dear friend from CeeCee's past. It's a book you will not be able to put down.
