Find a comfortable corner, put your feet up, keep refreshments handy and you will be set for the day with this book, you won't want to put it down!!

I think Harlan Coben is a very talented author and I absolutely love his Myron Bolitar series. The book was well-written and I loved the interactions between the characters. However, the plot of Long Lost didn't work for me. I didn't understand the terrorist plot, which was convoluted and not very plausible, IMO. I don't know why Coben veered away from the sports aspect, but I missed that and I hope he brings it back next time. This wasn't a bad novel by any means, just not what I come to expect from this series.

Loved it! Granted, the plot was a bit far-fetched, but its Myron and Win! You gotta love Myron and Win. Especially Win. *fans herself* Although the plot was very serious, there were definitely moments that caught me laughing out loud. I love Win's dry, sarcastic wit. The play on words that Win uses when talking about Mee, his "flight attendant", were hilarious!
LONG LOST by Harlan Coben... 5 stars MUST READ. It is a novel that has you from the first page to the last word. The content is riveting, current and sometimes downright scary!!!! If you like mystery, drama, thillers...rush out and get this book n...ow. If it's on your TBR pile, move it to the top!!!!!!!!!!
I love the Myron Bolitar series and had to read it. I love the way Coben writes and interaction between the characters. That said, this is not one of my favorites in the series. The plot is so far fetched, it's a little hard to get into. It's a very fast read, but way different from anything this character has been involved in before.
I have read and enjoyed all previous Harlan Coben books. This one was bad---really bad. I got the book from my library, so I'm glad I didn't waste a credit.
I could not put this book down. It is excellent - exciting every chapter, every page. I am a fan of Coben and, honestly, I think this is one of his best.
I found that I could not put the book down and although the plot is current with current issues and a little confusing, I still it.
This was the most unusual of the Myron Bolitar books so far. And possibly the best one yet. I could not put it down once I reached the final chapters and the incredible plot began to unfold. Shout out to Harlan Coben for a terrific novel. I can't wait to see the next chapter in the escapades of Myron and Win.
First of the Myron Bolitar books of Harlan Coben that I've read. Fast paced, kept me reading.
I enjoyed this but it wasn't Harlan Coben's best book. It felt like something he should have written as a stand-alone but for whatever reason chose to make this part of Myron's story. I don't think that worked as well, but it was still worthwhile to read if for no other reason than Win's bizarre sense of humor.
Not my favorite Coben book...but worth a read. Very scary premise.
Myron Bolitar is the agent extraordinaire to famous clients. So, when he gets a desperate phone call from an ex-lover in Paris, her troubled voice compels him to drop everything and go. Now the writing becomes breathless as everything is not what it seems. Murder, mayhem, terrorists, even stem call research. All of this comes together in a breathtaking plot that will scare your socks off. The writing is taut and slick. Coben is a master of suspense!
First book that I've read by Harlan Coben. Good read, I enjoyed the story. Definitely will read more books by the author.
I found the pace a little slower than the usual Bolitar stories, but still exciting and keeps you guessing.
Love this series, great story, intense and twists and turns.
Fantastic book- Coben is a superb writer of suspense mystery. This book captured my attention immediately from page 1 to the end of the book. Mystery of international terrorism and underlining romance between Myron and Terese.
A phone call from an old flame sends Myron Bolitar, not-quite-private-eye off on a globe-trotting search for answers to random murders, supposedly-dead children whose DNA shows up in the investigation thereof, and eventually, terrorist plots.
Well, I waited on the list for awhile and have missed Myron and Win, but... not what I had hoped for. I think Harlan may be loosing his love for Myron. Not a page turner, I felt I had to finish. I hope Myron is back again someday, but not until Coben truly misses him. Maybe it is time for Myron and Win to walk off into the sunset.
This book was very good but also very, very dark. It's not like the other MB novels for the most part. While I liked it alot, I hope that the next MB novel lightens up. Not real sure I want to read another novel about Myron, Win & Co that is this depressing for lack of a better word.
A Myron Bolitar roller coaster ride!!
I really enjoyed this book. I missed these characters and all the wise cracks. I was afraid that Coben was falling into the rut other NYTBS authors seems to line up to jump in. This was a breath of fresh air after some lame attempts by Coben. I love these characters and this book put them right back on top IMHO. Hope he keeps THIS run going and doesn't fall into the ditch with Sandford, Paterson, Sanders and the like. I've read all his books so far and their on my keepers list. Hope they stay there.
Enjoyed the story - more 'personal' to Myron than other books. Also a bit shorter than the other Bolitar books. That doesn't lessen the always-excellent writing, character development, and "can't put it down" aspect! It left me wanting more, which is a good thing.
After receiving a phone call from his former girlfriend, Terese Collins, Myron Bolitar flies to Paris to help her search for her ex-husband. But by the time he gets there, Terese is a suspect in Rick Collins murder. While investigating the murder, Myron is arrested, beaten, shot and tortured. He also learns that Terese and Rick once had a daughter who died in an accident. Evidence shows that Rick may have found out their daughter is alive. Now Myron and Terese work to uncover her whereabouts.
This is the 9th book in Coben's Myron Bolitar series. This story was very different from the previous eight books. This time Myron is dealing with terrorists and international politics. The mood is more serious, but we still have Coben's trademark humor, especially when it comes to jokes about Win's latest girlfriend, Mee. Even though I liked the book and was surprised by the ending, I would rather Coben go back to the old style of more mystery and less thriller. My rating: 4 Stars.

Coben hits another one out of the park. i love his writing and the characters. i would definitely recommend him and this series to any reader
This is by far the finest Myron Bolitar Novel. A must read.
Loved it,
Short book, so I read it in only two days. Plenty of action but nothing over the top or unbelivable. Very interesting interpersonal relationships, enough depth but again does not drag out.
I have seen Harlen Coben on Murder by the Book on Tru TV, but have never read any of his books.
I am now a fan & will be reading many more!

When Myron Bolitar reconnects with an old flame, things heat up, both for his emotions and mystery. This book will take you across the ocean to Paris and London and keeps you guessing right up to the very end. Easy, good read with some twists and turns thrown in.
I love all of Coben's books, and this one is no exception. Keep em comin!

My Review
This book was more action-packed than other Myron Bolitar books, and it also took place
in Europe. The pacing was fast and furious resulting in a hard-to-put-down read. Coben definitely makes you laugh out loud with Myron and Win's antics and as usual he keeps you wondering how it will end. I now looking forward to reading the next book in the Bolitar series and highly recommend Coben's books to those who love stories that are fast-paced with unexpected twists.

Absolutely amazing
Always a great read for adventure, suspence, and thrilling outcome. Can't go wrong with a Harlan Coben novel.
Another hit by Coben! I couldn't put the book down, because I wanted to find out what was going on! The story moves from New York to Paris to London and back to New York... and Coben ties it all together at the end! I highly recommend not just this book, but any book by Harlan Coben!
