If you liked the film "Super Size Me", you will love this book. Surlock's writing style is easy and fun to read. It had me laughing out loud - as well as seriously concerned about the current state of our country's obesity epidemic.

A return to and an expansion on the topics addressed in his film Supersize Me. I read this quickly and enjoyed it very much. He is not a "great writer" but he is entertaining, and the book is informative. I find both the book and the movie to be very motivating to stay healthy!

This book was my main inspiration to begin (and maintain) healthier eating habits. Although it isn't your traditional 'diet' book, this book opens your eyes to the dangers of eating fast food and all the yucky consequences that go with it. Although it focuses on obesity and McDonald's, it also touches on outsourcing of children's cafeteria lunches, supermarket products, diet fads, bariatric surgery and more. A good, but sometimes scary (it takes 7 hrs of straight walking to burn off a supersized coke, fries & big mac) read!

Really good book. It sure made me stop eating anything processed, although Spurlock's focus was just McDonald's. My health has improved immeasurably.

If you enjoyed "Super Size Me" the movie, you'll be equally satisfied by "Don't Eat this Book". It goes into gory detail on Spurlock's 30 day McDonald's binge, and includes a wealth of other information.

This is the QPBC edition of Spurlock's excellent follow-up book to his documentary Supersize Me! An enlightening and funny wake-up call concerning the state of nutrition in American society and the many factors that contribute to keep us fat and unhealthy! GREAT reading!
