The book is an interesting mix of Phil Jackson's spiritual philosophy and how he applies that to create a winning basketball team. A good behind-the-scenes look at NBA basketball from one of the sport's most original thinkers. Sadly, Phil seems to be disowning the usefulness of the Triangle Offense with current players. I don't quite get his current argument, but I can recommend this book.
