Improper Southern bell, Maggie Forsythe is dumped two weeks prior to her wedding. Hiding away in her South Carolina Low Country home, Maggies friends arrive with a proposition to help them build a house for a needy family and make a difference for once. But one look at Maggie and project foreman Josh Parker knows hes dealing with a debutante, even if she does know her way around a circular saw. Sparks fly between them but Josh has learned from growing up broke that its better to aim low than risk everything and lose.
