I'm so glad I read this one cause after the last one I was almost done with this series. However I believe that after reading this one my faith has been renewed in the series. I love the way she incorporates humor into her mysteries.

While I still miss Dr. Steven Sable though, and while I like Heath I don't care for him and M J together. Gopher who usually annoys me was blessedly missing from most of the book as he got kidnapped. Also Gilly who I usually love was grumpy and stuffing his face for most of the book, I could have done with out that.

Its pretty much a basic story line M J and her crew got to a haunted castle to get rid of a phantom only they must first figure out how it got to be there in the first place. Much confusion ensues as Gopher goes missing, Gilly overeats to compensate for the stress, and everyone seems to get hurt at one point but like true troopers they keep on trucking until they get there job done.
