I have to say...Gena Showalter is one of my favorite authors! She gets her characters in such situations I find myself saying..how are they going to get out of this? This book was no disappointment.
Amun...I wondered how his book would develop since he wouldn't speak for fear of sharing his secrets. Gena provided an interesting solution to this problem. Also, she incorporated some of my other favortie character's developing plots (like Paris, William, and Strider).
This book had plenty of action and plenty of lovin. I was engrossed until the very end. A very good read.
