In one of the most humorous passages, Ankerberg quotes Pope John Paul II talking about justification and then "corrects" the pope. What Ankerberg fails to notice is that Pope John Paul II was directly quoting scripture, word-for-word from the RSV translation, at the time. In other words, what Ankerberg really disagrees with regarding justification is scripture itself. Hilariously bad book.
