Phylo feta triangles, Chicken enchiladas, Cheese and parsley stuffed mushrooms, beef that is served like spirals, Sukiyaki, Hasselback potatoes, Raspberry sauce rice pudding, Orange almond torte, Swedish pancake-cake layered w applesauce and whipped custard, Almond paste yeast coffeecake you'd think was bakery made--recipes from Holland, African, Hungarian, Swedish, Swiss, Mexican, Scottish, Russian, Danish, Canadian, German, and all over. It's NO FAIL because nearly every dish is photographed and with illustrations when necessary. Anything but run-of-the-mill and no-one will be bringing to the potluck what you bring! A real gem.
