This would probably be my favorite book by Morsi. There are more layers to this book, than I expected. It is not only mother/daughter relationships, but a pretty real discussion about women's roles and how they have changed over the past 50 yrs. Decisions that one makes are tied to the options available. Characters had depth, with people not being totally good or bad, such is life.
