"Confessions of a Shopaholic" is the second book I've read by Sophie Kinsella. I was, as before, amused and entertained by her protagonist's down-to-earth albeit flighty and erratic behavior and thought processes. I didn't give a full five-star review because I was annoyed with the main character often and found some of her reactions/thoughts implausible at times. It also seemed a little too neat of an ending. However, I thoroughly enjoyed watching the character's growth and relating to the mindset of a young woman trying to figure out her life. I will definitely be reading more of Kinsella's work, and I recommend it to any twenty-thirty somethings or those who enjoy light-hearted fiction.
