Help Center - What is My Bookshelf?

Search Terms:

Your list of books that you are offering for swapping is called My Bookshelf.

  • On the Bookshelf list you will also see the books you have marked received - they will be listed as "not available" (only you can see them). They go onto the Bookshelf when you mark them received, so that you can easily repost them from there after reading them.
  • You can remove books from the list as described in the Help doc Your PaperBackSwap Bookshelf.

To get to your Bookshelf:

  • Log into PBS
  • Place your cursor over My Account in the toolbar at the top of any page on the site
  • Click My Bookshelf in the menu that drops down.
  • Or, if you are already in the My Account view, My Bookshelf is the third tab from the left.

You get 2 "start-up" credits for posting your first 10 books.

  • After the first 10 books, you get credits by sending out books to other members.
  • You can also buy credits in the Kiosk.
