Help Center - If you can't find a member in the Directory....

Search Terms:

Members must have made a PBS Profile to be listed in the Member Directory. The Member Directory is accessible to members enrolled in Limited or Standard Membership.

  • Once a member is listed in the Directory, the only "unique identifiers" are his or her PBS User Email address (which is not listed on the site; you would have to obtain this from the member) and his or her PBS Nickname.
  • A search for PBS Nickname is the most effective/accurate way to find a member in the Member Directory.

Members who have profiles can also choose not to make their profiles public.

  • This option is in the Privacy Control Settings in My Account, and if the member has opted not to make the profile public, you will not be able to access his or her profile from the Member Directory.  See Privacy Controls for more information.

If you are trying to send a PM to a member, or add him or her to your Friends, you can do both of these things from the member's bookshelf, or the transaction you are conducting with him or her, or from a Forum Post, or from a Personal Message.
