Its an awesome book, but I can't post it.... I still use its recipes! However, as most people already know, Reinhart doesn't just give recipes in this book. Much of the beginning parts cover baking fundamentals and then explains the delayed fermentation technique.

It's entertaining to look at, but Kalle Lasn communicates his culture jamming message better in Adbusters.
