This is a Contractor's Pricing Guide for 2006. It can be adjusted for today's prices which have gone down some because of the recession.
Very useful in seeing what all is needed in planning every phase of house building.

His sense of humor seems even more relevant today.

It has been years since I have read this book, but I remember it as being a very good read. I look for his novels.

I really enjoyed this book because I am an avid New Mexico Lobo basketball fan and Steve Alford is now our coach. I can see how Coach Knight influenced Coach Alford in good ways I would not have known about without reading this book. Coach Alford was one of five coaches this year 2010 who was nominated for coach of the year so Bobby Knight must have taught him something right!
New Mexico Lobo fans would enjoy this book and other basketball fans also.

We liked the house plans and they have a web-site that they keep adding new or revised houseplans. The book is a good resource.
