A surprisingly good thriller. My first Dan Brown read, and now I want to reader The Da Vinci Code. My dughter gave me the book, and at first I was little interested, due to the "Digital" word in the title. Highly recommended.

Once you get into story, it's a very enjoyable read. Hard to get all the characters straight in the begining, but once there, you will be captivated. The book is graphic and mystical in nature, and I generally avoid this genre. If you ridden the London Underground, it is especially interesting. Mind the gap!

I have long been a Lincoln Child fan, and more recently, discovered his collaboration with Douglas Preston. The two fine authors working together, result in some great reads. Thunderhead is no exception. A real page turner. You don't have to be into archeology to enjoy this book. There is plenty of suspense and interesting character development to draw the reader in. Once the expedition begins, it gets hard to put the book down. A satisfying ending leaves you yearning for a continuation of this story. I had previously read Preston/Child's "Ice Limit", which I highly recommend, as well.

This book was on the Powell's clerk recommended list. I cannot disagree, though I am not a fan of this genre. I'm looking forward to reading another work by this author.

This is one I found hard to put down. We all love the idea of winning the lottery. Mix that with a nice romance, suspense, and you have a crowd pleaser.
