What a good read. Action from beginning to end. I almost could not put it down. This will be a great series.

Reminds me of the Steve Berry books. Exciting adventure, romance, good guys and bad guys with "history" thrown in also. Fast paced.

I thought the book was great. It shows you how to live and enjoy yourself and not focus on losing weight as much as enjoying what you are eating and making choices while losing weight.
