Reminds me of the Steve Berry books. Exciting adventure, romance, good guys and bad guys with "history" thrown in also. Fast paced.

I thought the book was great. It shows you how to live and enjoy yourself and not focus on losing weight as much as enjoying what you are eating and making choices while losing weight.

I really liked all of the rest of her books but this one seemed lacking. Her other books were quite funny and entertaining but this one not so much.

I liked this book. It is an easy way to follow step by step procedures to get where you want to get to in a certain period of time in many different areas. If you put the work into it you will get results out of it.

This is like any diet book but maybe healthier. You have to do what it says to lose weight. Lots of fish, chicken, vegies and fruit.
