This has to be one of my favorite books. I love the story, I love the strength that Cussy has and all she overcomes.

I love Rose Senehi's books. This one did not disappoint either. It is a wonderful story of one woman that knows being a nurse is in her blood, but she has no idea where it comes from. She is now working the same mountains that decades earlier another woman had worked learning from a mountain doctor. She has to show the mountain people that she is worth trusting so she can learn the truth of where she comes from. I loved this book, and highly recommend it!

I enjoyed this book and the journey of Alice finding her way back to who she used to be and should have been. A wonderful first novel from this writer and I look forward to reading more from her.

I loved this book. I love the story of the sisters and the different personalities. To see each one of them grow and come together, it was wonderfully written.
