Billionaire and the Mechanic: How Larry Ellison and a Car Mechanic Teamed Up to Win Sailing's Greatest Race, The America's Cup
Review Date: 8/22/2015

Good read, but I was hoping for more technical details

Top Secret (Clandestine Operations, Bk 1)
Review Date: 8/22/2015

I was hoping for intrigue and suspense. Instead I got a crappy predictable soap opera with some soft porn thrown in for the authors pleasure.

Undersea Warrior: The World War II Story of "Mush" Morton and the USS Wahoo
Review Date: 10/21/2014

Good story, but the book is self-contradictory on multiple occasions with things that are supposed to be facts. It really pulls me out of enjoying it when I catch them. Otherwise it would have gotten a bit highers rating.

War Beneath the Waves: A True Story of Courage and Leadership Aboard a World War II Submarine
Review Date: 12/31/2014

Based upon an interesting event and a topic I enjoy, but poorly written.
The author jumps all over the place and is very repetitive about some things. He also either has a very poor proofreader or no idea how to convert knots to MPH. I almost put the books down after 2 glaring errors by page 27, but I was on a plane and decided I wanted to hear more about the event so I tried to ignore the errors and bad writing to finish the book.
