The Pixie Tricks books were some of the first chapter books that my son read. My son read a some of the Pixie Tricks books from the library and then asked me to buy him the whole series. If your child likes magic and fantasy but is too young to read Harry Potter, your child will probably like this series. This series is for 6-9 year olds according to the Barnes and Noble web site.

This book teaches about the holiday of Passover and teaches the names of the different shapes.Sammy's mom makes a square web and then Sammy sees a square matzah. Sammy sees a round seder plate. Then Sammy's mom adds a circle to the web. ect.
