This is the first book that I've read of Michael Connelly's and I am completely hooked! His writing style gives enough twists and turns to keep you interested all the way to the last page.

Close to You by Christina Dodd is the third of a three-book series and I enjoyed each book. If one was to read Close to You first, the reader would be able to enjoy the book, but reading the first two really helps fill in the gaps. Enjoyed it very much!

I saw the movie and wanted to read the book as the movie intrigued me. Enjoyed reading the thoughts of Katniss as she goes into the Hunger Games and without her realizing, rises above the games and ends up playing the games in her own terms. Interesting concept of making the female dominant and the male more subservient. Good read and I'm looking forward to the next book.

This book starts slow, gains momentum through out the whole book and ends with a solid ending. It was a worthwhile read and I enjoyed reading it.

When I first starting reading, I was thinking that it would be a slow read. But within a chapter or two, I was hooked. Found that I was reading this book every chance I had and I enjoyed every minute of it. In fact, I have ordered the next book in the Magic Trilogy series!

Now You See Him is a slow book at the beginning as it builds the environment of the characters. Stella Cameron does a nice job taking characters from her books and weaves them into the next book. While not needing to read the book previous to Now You See Him, reading Kiss Them Goodbye adds to the flavor so you can draw from the history of the characters. If picking this book up for the first time, it is a good read that draws you in as you begin to wonder who the myterious guy is who is trying to harm Ellie, who is the focus of the book. Many authors near the end of a book without tieing up loose ends, but Stella Cameron is careful to satisfy the reader in that regard.

The premise of the book is that Ellie witnessed a murder years prior, but doesn't remember a name or a face to connect the killer. When another murder occurs years later, the focus comes back to her as the murderer is out to get rid of any evidence of Ellie potentially remembering who he is. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a well written book. Good cast of characters, just enough sex to keep one interested and a good story line.

This book is part of a 3-part series that I had the opportunity to read. I enjoyed getting wrapped up with the characters and would recommend if you like a story line that has combined intrigue along with a love story that evolves through the book. Good read!

C.S. Harris is such a good story weaver. The story line captures you immediately. Definitely recommend to start at the first book as they all intertwine.
