In this book children get to count the bees and learn animals sounds. In the end they find out what the bees were busy doing all day. The surprise noise on the last page is a neat added bonus!

Chicken Soup for the Couple's Soul
Review Date: 10/30/2013

Encouraging book! Read this book and you may find your situation in more than one of these short stories! You have to read about Shmily! Each of those letters stand for something!! This book is divided into 8 sections. 1 Love and intimacy 2 finding true love 3 on commitment 4 understanding each other 5 overcoming obstacles 6 on family 7 the flame that still burns 8 eternal love.

Provides lots of entertainment, even if it isn't so hard to find waldo. There are lots of other adventures to find!! My son and his friend love to look at these waldo books! Then they laugh when they show each other what they have found:) And they are only 4 & 5 year olds. So fun for all ages.

Good Night, Sweet Butterflies: A Color Dreamland
Review Date: 10/30/2013

Love the colorful butterflies in this book! Each color page says the color twice, which is really nice as a reinforcement! Then you can have your child guess which butterfly is that color! Recommend it!

Even though there seems to be no more room in the mitten that the animals have found they continue to let more and more animals join them since it is so cold outside. (until the seams burst!) It teaches about being unselfish!

Rabbit-Proof Fence : The True Story of One of the Greatest Escapes of All Time
Review Date: 6/15/2012

At first it was a little hard to get into, but once I got past the first part of the book it was very interesting (and hard to put down) how these girls (started out with 3 girls) were taken from there home and all the things they went through to get back to their homes. Risking their lives the whole MONTHS that they traveled back...... their narrow escapes. They were half white so they were considered too good to stay with there mamas who were not white.

I like the ladybugs that stands out, but this book gives you the impression that the bugs are being eaten up. And that is not the case at all. Wish it would have been written a little differently.

Love this tracing book!! Your child gets to trace around objects that go(as you might have guessed:) and then can erase them and do it again! Besides tracing vehicles, there are squiggly lines to practice tracing, also. But do get a different marker, one that is washable. Probably have better luck keeping the book looking nicer longer!
