This book is excellent for anyone who is interested in India's transformation into a Westernized world. It's easy reading, but it's worth your while.

Great starter book for any would-be bartender. Also, it's spiral-bound, which is essential to any cookbook/drink book for ease of use!

Having visited India myself, I can vouch for the many accurate descriptions in this book. It's definitely lengthy, but it gives you a great chance to immerse yourself for the weekend!
