Some good stories for the avid runner to relate to....better-than-average training plans at the back of the book.

Although I'm not a big fan of anyone on Fox News, Steve Doocy sticks to parenting topics, and this was a nice enjoyable fun read

Contents included chapters titled: Catch her eye, Score that first date, Seduce her, Get her naked, Romance her, Figure her out, Win her over, and Drive her wild. As always is the case with anything found within the pages of any given Maxim magazine or Maxim book, there is some factual content and some very questionable content based quite loosely on stereotypes and opinions. That said, it's still a fun and enjoyable read to get you on the path to not being such a dope in front of women. Good luck.

This was a great book to use as a reference during the first year, just as good if not better than "what to expect....."
