I read a lot of books; over 2,700 so far, but this book, Cold Cold Heart, amazed me! I've never had a book grip me like this one did. From the first to the last of it, I was totally engrossed and captured by the plot, the characters, and the surprises woven into the story line. I've read Tami Hoag before, 12 times actually, and I like her novels, but this one reached a new high for me. If you request it, prepare to lose sleep, 'cause it'll keep your mind running half the night.

The Fair Tax Book: Saying Goodbye to the Income Tax and the IRS

"7 THUMBS UP" The FairTax is the best idea since income tax was started! Neal Boortz & John Linder have done a SUPER job of outlining the plan!

Wow, what a ride! This is the best one of the series yet! Solid action, front to back, with enough humor thrown in to make you actually LOL now and then!

I must confess, I'll read ANYthing by Evan Hunter/Ed McBain. This is supposed to be a young-teen book, but I'm knocking on 72 and I couldn't put it down! You read the words, but you're also "feeling the feelings" of Abby, Pete, Lillith and Frank as they work through the problems of busted-up families. Evan Hunter really writes to the heart!

Whew! What a ride! Best book I've read in a long while, and I do a lot of reading. Grabs you in the first few pages and holds you right to the end! Great job, Lee Child!

Well written, and strangely prescient to the 9/11/2001 attacks.

WOW! Easily the most detailed book she has written! The cast of characters includes Vic's usual friends, buddies and lovers, and then branches out from there into a very involved group of baddies & goodies. It's a long book which you won't read at one sitting, but stick with it 'cause the way it all comes together at the end is VERY surprising, even for Sara Paretsky!
It'll get you mad, it'll get you glad, but when it's finished, you'll say, "WOW", too!
