Was told by an older woman friend that this book was one that she had to read in high school back in the 40's. I had to read it and of course it was really moving, if you suffer from any mental or emotional issues it's a good quick read that is a novel along those lines.

My good friend gave me this book as her sister in law wrote it. It wa really good and I was very much into it. I learned a lot about advertising and became interested in it even more. It was a sweet one.

Stop the Insanity! Eat, Breathe, Move, Change the Way You Look and Feel--Forever

She tells it like it is and knows how we feel, she used to be 300lbs and lost over over 150lbs. She also makes great exercise videos that are so easy to follow you'll think they are doing nothing but you'll sweat like crazy!
She's really honest and knows how you feel.
