Coben does it again and ruins all my plans to run errands, cook, clean and grocery shop today. I could not put it down! I need to plan when to start a Coben better! And just when I thought I had it all figured out, whammy a sneak attack! Loved it, Loved it!

It's been a long time since I've read a book that was so captivating that I could not put it down! This is my first Harlan Coben book, but it won't be my last. His writing style is great, the book moves along at a good pace and never gets logged down in too many details or descriptions. The clues kept me guessing and going in several different directions, right up to the very end. I really enjoyed reading this book.

This book should get more than just 5 stars. Lots of twists and turns and dozens of surprises keep you turning the pages. I couldn't put this books down. Don't cheat by reading the last few pages. This book really does end of the last page.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Promise which led me to try another book by this author. I can now say for sure that I am hooked. It was difficult to put the book down.

This book could be a little confusing because of the different story lines but they all come together in the end. Again, it's one of those stories when you think you've got it figured out only to be proved wrong.

Excellent author. I can't wait to read more of his books.

This book kept me reading! Starts with a camp for teenagers, some go into the woods and never come out. Later when some are all grown up and successful the mystery of the Woods come back to haunt them. And one especially tries to find answers to what happened that night in the Woods.

Paul Copeland, county prosecutor, is grieving over the murder of his sister. He is now working on a murder investigation that could be related to his sister's case. Twenty years ago, four young people went missing in the woods while at a summer camp. Two were found murdered and two are still missing. Can Paul's sister, Camille, still be alive? This book hooked me from the start. I found it to be a fast-paced suspenseful read. Harlan Coben is the master of the twist and this book does not disappoint. If you like stories about family secrets then you will enjoy this one. It is definitely one of his better stories. I am now looking forward to reading another of his books as Coben always delivers.
