I really liked this review of the scientifically sound way to be vegetarian and if you so choose, vegan. It doesn't have recipes but lots of great food lists about how to get the nutrients you need on a vegan diet without worry. I also loved that the author has lived vegan for most of her life and loved it so much that she wrote this book to help others explore this lifestyle. I found it helped relieve any lingering doubts I had.
