I love Karen Harper's mysteries dealing with heroines and heroes living in the Amish community.
Though a bit slow moving this story does manage to grab your interest so that you don't want to put it down.
Lydia is torn between trying to find out about her real family without injuring her adoptive family unduly. Her love for the people who took her in is evidenced over and over in the writings.
I loved reading about how the whole community came together to help each other find out what really happened to the two women.
