This is the sequel to "Invisible" reprising the characters Emmy Dockery (FBI researcher) & Harrison "Books" Bookman (former FBI agent, invited back to help with the case) If you' haven't read "Invisible" I would recommend that you read it first. Both have twisting, surprising plot lines as the duo, with help from their team, hunt down serial killers that are hiding in plain sight. You won't want to put it down!!

From the man who invented mass production of bestsellers comes, in my humble opinion, the best co-authored thriller of his entire career. With the extremely talented assistance of David Ellis (who has written a number of bestseller novels on his own), Patterson has truly out-done himself, with a novel that is actually the 2nd in a series involving FBI analyst Emmy Dockery. If ever a Patterson novel deserved a 5-star rating, this is it!

I know I'll be in the minority about this book but it's one I just couldn't get past the 200 page mark, I usually only allow 100 pages to get my attention but this one I trudged along as long as I could

I have no 'pros' for this book, the writing style is not Patterson and it is very obvious he didn't write this book, it is slow and drags along page after page, written more in the style of 'thoughts' or 'speculation', the story just didn't have any flow with it instead it just trudged along without much dialogue (which is boring) and by that 200 page mark? guess what? nothing much is happening--so that's enough for me

Too many books out there that are much better than this one!

Excellent page turner, it's kept my interest from the very beginning first page. And wow, the twists in rhis book are mind-blowing. You never see them coming. Talk about unpredictable!
