Terence O. Tunberg is a Professor of the Latin language and literature at the University of Kentucky (USA) and husband of Jennifer ("Guenevera") Tunberg, with whom he has written several recent Latin books. He instituted the Conventiculum Latinum Lexingtonianum and moderates it every year.

Translation:Terence O. Tunberg, got his PhD in Latin studies at the University of Toronto. He taught philology in the United States, Canada, and Belgium, and now works as an associate professor in the department of classical literature and in the honors college at the University of Kentucky. He specializes in medieval and humanistic Latin, and also does research on the prose genres cultivated by Latin authors. He founded the periodical "Retiarius" and moderates Latin speaking summer encounters.
