Loved it....read it in one day! I could easily see each of the characters from the show playing out their roles in this book.

I would have loved for this book to have been an actual episode! The story line was very interesting and it showed how much the Doctor really does care for Rose, even getting him close to uttering the "L" word. A very quick read but one any Doctor fan will love!

The Stone Rose is a very quick and enjoyable read. If you're a fan of the show, you should like the book. The ending was a bit obvious, but following along with The Doctor and Rose made it worth the read.

The story was ok, but not exceptional. I was able to figure out half of the mystery in the plot by page 50. The overall story and adventure was ok, if a little disjointed, and could make an interesting serial. It is a quick read. Probably only a 2-3 hour book, depending on interruptions.
Not a bad bit of fun for an afternoons entertainment, but I wouldnt say that it was one of the best stories I read this year.
