I bought this guide to suppliment the South Beach Diet book. It was great, I lost about 20 lbs on the diet. The guide has lists of almost every food I could think of, and was easy to read.

It lists every possible food you can imagine. It lists carbs, sugar, fat, fiber and which phase of the diet you eat it in.

This revised version of the book has even more great info than the original. We use it all the time and we are successfully loosing weight!
