This was a really amazing debut. Sara Lindsey's Promise Me Tonight is now my all time favorite book. The story line has been done before, but her characters make it memorable. It wasn't overly 'lovey-dovvey.' :] Can't wait for her next book in the Weston series.

Five stars for this author. I love her writing. She has a sense of humor. No spoils here, you just need to read it for yourself. Not your typical love story.

Characters are well developed; true to the period(a pet peeve of mine). Lively and funny as well as touching. Really good debut-very well researched. I look forward to reading the rest of the series.
