Some of the activities are intertwined with learn to read with pictures,stories; there is tracing, dot to dot, coloring and learning your name The book gives you lots of suggestions for hands on activities. It comes with stickers and Parent Magazine Tips about learning and development. And the characters in the book are cute, appealing and very colorful. I found this book to be educational and well presented. It is a perfect fist workbook for a pre-schooler.
