Easy reader telling of a Winnie the Pooh story in which the characters dress up for Halloween and go on a Halloween Parade. If your kids love Pooh they will enjoy reading this story as they practice reading. Can also be used as a picture book read aloud by the parent to very young children who love Pooh. Publishers does not state reading level but compared to others I'd say it is a Level 2 or maybe even a Level 3.
