Pete is a fun guy just interested in getting the money he earned in the gold fields home. But when he is left for dead with everything stolen (including the clothes he was wearing) and discovers another man killed by the same group, but nothing stolen, the intrigue begins. Leigh Greenwood's characters and plot pull you in and make it an enjoyable ride.
I love this book. It is what a western romance should be. I read it in two days. It's another great read by Leigh Greenwoon.
