If you like reading Grisham, Ludlum, DeMille, Dan Brown, etc., and you haven't tried Finder, you are in for a surprize. His thrillers rank right up there at the top. This is the story of a low ambition junior staffer at a high-tech behemoth corporation that gets in deep trouble and the only way to avoid proscedution and prison is to become a mole-spy in a competitor's company. The ending is terrific.

Remember, it isn't paranoia if they really are out to get you. I love being totally surprised by a book's ending, and Finder doesn't disappoint.

The SanFrancisco Chroniicle reviewer called it a high-octane ride.It has more twist and turns than a mountain road.

This was such a cool book. It had me convinced I knew what was going on until the very end, and then swept me completely off my feet with surprise.

Surprisingly good- a low man on the corporate totem pole allows himself to be drawn in to a high pressure and tense bit of corporate espionage. Along the way he learns he's not so bad a guy and maybe reaching the top IS what he wants- but is it worth the price?

True thriller, kept me reading throughout the night. A lot of tech jargon, but it doesn't negatively affect the reading, it enhances the authenticity of the situation. Plus the main character is pretty much in the same position as the readers, so it's kind of amusing. The twists and turns in this book give it those extra brownie points. Fantastic piece of writing, highly recommended!

This book is written for techhies who easily understand computers and their componens. I don't. BUT, I did love this book. I certainly understood all the blackmail and techhie-stealing-ideas and plans! There are as many twists and turns as there are in a skien of yarn attacked by a tiger!! GREAT book, you have to eat it in small pieces and not try to gulp the story down too fast, or you'll miss the hidden twists! GREAT READ!!

What's black is white and what's white is black. The characters are well drawn out but tend toward the extreme. You either love them or hate them. But just when you think you've got them figured out, you find out they aren't what they seem to be. I was a little disappointed with the ending, but probably because I would have done the opposite of the main character. Actually, the ending fits perfectly with the theme that things aren't what they seem to be.

It was somewhat predictable. First book I've read by this author. I wouldn't say he has the same caliber as Grisham, more like a less expensive imitation.

Corporatee espionage at its very best. Surprises and twists around every corner. Onee of those books you can't put down. Lots of male ego and lots of well deserved comeuppance.

This is a good thriller. Shouldn't be overlooked. Written in first person, the author really takes you in. A surprise at the end, by the way. We accidentally had 2 copies! That's when you buy too many books and don't even realize what you have!

I really enjoyed this book. I loved that it was written in the first person. I could almost hear the author's voice in my head. I felt like I was in a bar listening to someone's private story.

This book is a good example of what happens when greed and evil get together.

Not real happy about the questionable language. Ending was dull...the in between was okay.

This book is a drama about corporate/company conspiracies and illegal things/schemes that some corporations try to playout.

It's a good business guys vs. bad business guy type of book.

Does the good guy win out?

It's about struggling/trying to do the right thing even if your life, health, financial stability and safety are at risk.

I found Paranoia to be an excellent read, with compelling characters. This book makes a strong statement about the corporate culture that we've allowed to fester in America today.I found myself liking the protagonist, Adam Cassidy, and cheering him on.

This book speeds along at a breakneck pace. A great summer time read.

Just okay--and way way too long--should've been cut down about 100 pages so it is drawn out way too long.
