Another fun Plum book with memorable characters. Stephanie is a potential victim in a "game" with mortal consequences. Her heart is still torn between Morelli and Ranger. No cars blow up in this one---that was getting old!

Stephanie Plum may not be the best bounty hunter in beautiful downtown Trenton, but she's pretty darn good at turning bad siuations her way...and she always gets her man. In To the Nines, her cousin Vinnie has posted bail on Samuel Singh. When the elusive Mr. Singh violates his visa bond and goes missing, Stephanie is on the case. But what she uncovers is far more sinster than anyone imagined and leads to a group of killers who give new meaning to the word "hunter"

Another story full of Stephan Plum and her misadventures as a Bounty Hunter in Trenton. Easy, fun to read, keep you smiling does her job.

Here's another wild adventure for Stephanie Plum, bounty hunter and Jersey girl. With Morelli, Ranger, Lula and Connie running back up, she finds herself engaged in a deadly game with a not-very-nice killer. I was surprised Steph didn't identify the killer sooner (I did), but the madcap story still makes for hilarious reading. You won't believe what happens when Stephanie and crew hit the Vegas Strip!

Awesome....I love the Plum Series. Stephanie may not be the best bounty hunter, and even with her crazy grandma ( I love that lady), her sassy side kick Lula, and a steamy love triangle bringing all kinds of drama into her life, she always gets her man.

They say familiarity breeds contempt. Everything in this book is familiar; plot formula, characters, wordplay, scenes only slightly altered from other books in the series. But there is no contempt, only admiration that the author can still pull it off. It's a page turner and a quick read that Plum lovers will enjoy despite the repetition. New readers will most likely find it great fun. As for me, I think I'll try Carl Hiaasen next time.

Love the Plum series-they never fail to make me laugh!
Great book. Stephanie Plum is up to even more hysterical antics. I love it!
The 9th in the fabulous Stephanie Plum, hapless but hysterically funny, bounty hunter series. Romance and myster, with tons of belly laughs!
This was a great book, everything I expected and more! These books are the best treats when you need a laugh, and I really need to spread out the next two so I don't finish them right away. I enjoyed reading about how the relationship between Joe and Ranger is developing, and I was surprised at how much more creepy the mystery piece of this book was.
This is the first book from Janet Evanovich that I read. It was Well worth the read, I loved this book and can't wait to read more from her.
This was another fun & thrilling Stephanie Plum novel. I really enjoy all of them, but this one was extra over-the-top-- which was great!
One of my favorite Janet Evanovich's-- snappy dialog and a good plot, on the scarier side. Karla
"My same is Stephanie Plum and I was born and raised in the Chambersburg section of Trenton, where the top male activities are scarfing pastries and pork rinds and growing ass hair." Within pages of this elegant introduction, the less-than-stellar bounty hunter Stephanie Plum has managed to haul in a fat, naked and, yes, furry "skip" who has greased himself up with Vaseline to literally give her the slip. In the midst of taking him to the police station, however, Plum drops everything to help her beloved Grandma Mazur, who calls to say that Stephanie's mom locked herself in the bathroom to escape the craziness of the Plum family. Finally, Plum checks in at the office, where her employer and cousin, the bailbondsman Vinnie, assigns her back-up duty on the thorny case of a missing Indian man, Samuel Singh. Vinnie previously wrote a bond ensuring that Singh would leave the country when his visa expired, so the latter's disappearance drives Vinnie to call in the devastatingly attractive Ranger, his star enforcer, and assign Stephanie to help him. The mysterious Ranger has long competed with the equally sexy Morelli to be the object of Plum's desire, so his presence-just as Plum has temporarily moved in with Morelli-keeps the sexual tension high.
another car bites the dust! A great read. They remain very enjoyable and fun to read.
Hilarious beginning to end...
Stephanie keeps getting better. She is looking for a FTA who Vinnie wrote a special bond on and ends up being the prey of a serial killer. Very good
Great read! Must read the whole series, they keep you laughing and with your nose deep in the book trying to figure out the ending
even better
excellent series to read.
Love , love ,love this series!!Soooo funny
Fun, quick and mindless read.
You laugh on at least every third page.
I love this series and laugh outloud with each one.
This author was recommended to me, but it just wasn't what I am looking for. However, other people really like Evanovich.
In this book, wonder of wonders, Stephanie manages not to destroy a single car, a few dents, but nothing beyond repair.
She does however become the target of a serial killer, wrestled a naked man greased up with Vaseline, go to Vegas with Connie and Lula, and get shot, twice, with tranquilizer darts like they use on zoo animals, and beat up a would be killer while her sister is giving birth to a baby.
Oh, I should mention that though she didnt destroy any cars, she did disable three of Ranger's men, disable as in send them to the hospital.
In other words, it is a great book with lots of laughs.

Another Great addition to the Stephanie Plum series
Plum at her best. If you have read this series, you need to snatch this one up! Thrilling and delectible!
Fun book in the series, though I was a bit disappointed with the ending. Otherwise, look forward to my journey in the rest of the series.
By far my favorite Stephanie Plum book.
Wonderful as always, I missed the between the numbers book ahead of it, so I should have read that I think it would have cleared a thing or two up, I will go back and read it, but these books are great.
I have enjoyed all of Janet Evanovich!! She gives the characters so much personality!
Great summer read If you like lots of action, laughs and a little sex thrown in!
I enjoyed this one in the series as well. I had the bad guy figured out pretty early, so that was a little bit of a disappointment....
This entire series from Jane Evanovich are quite enjoyable. They all include a little romance, a little mystery, a little family conflict. The characters are well developed and just plain fun. They are light reading and the only books that make me laugh out loud. This one is no different.
This is lay back and laugh funny! Stephanie is a bounty hunter and if she could just do a few things right this wouldn't be so funny--it's the stuff she does wrong and can't do that make this such a fun read. This is #9 in series, but they do not have to be read ion order. Excellent read.
I actually listened to the audio cd. I love this series.... Consistantly funny.
LOVE Stephanie Plum!! Dinner at her house is like dinner at my in-laws! Great read.
This is a hilarious series of funny storied books. I read one book and then had to find them all.
Unfortunately Janet doesn't know how to turn on the heat for the romantic side of her stories... and how come Stephanie is never compensated for her losses, and is always just an out of luck victim?? Her new brother in law could be suing these guys for her.

Funny, Funny, Funny! I just can't get enough laughs out of Plum!
Another great Stephanie Plum book.
EXCELLANT THANKS EVERYONE should read this book
I always have fun reading the Stephanie Plum books. I just prefer her not in a relationship and back in her apartment.
I've enjoyed several of Janet Evanovich's books but this one really made me laugh a lot more than some of the others. Lula goes on a diet and she is just hysterical throughout the book. The only downside is that it was blatantly obvious to me for the second the "villian" was introduced that he was going to be the one. The laughs were worth it though.
Great book !
This is a great series, I have read most of the Stephanie Plum Series and they always hold my attention and provide a few "laugh out loud" mpments. This series is on top of our audio book list, too! Can't wait for the movie!!!
Hilarious! If you haven't read Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum novels, you don't know what you're missing.
Love these characters. I always wonder what trouble Stephanie and Lula are going to get into next. Usually not disappointed. These are laugh out loud funny.
This book was soooooo funny!!!
This was the first Stephanie Plum novel that I read. It sold me on the rest of the series, as well as on Janet Evanovich as an author that I would enjoy. I have not been disappointed.
You don't need to have read any of the previous Stephanie Plum (The Bounty Hunter) books to love this one and get hooked. In this one the bounty hunter trails a group of killers from the Jersey Turnpike to the Vegas strip.
Another great Evanovich fun read....
One of the funnier--yet creepier--installments in this series.

9th book in the Stephanie Plum series. Stephanie has rent to pay and people shooting at her. Psychos wanting her dead much to the dismay of her mother. Grandma Mazur is a hoot as always. And the men in her life are both so hot -- Ranger and Morelli. I hope Janet Evanovich never stops this series.
Janet keeps you wanting to read more. Lively story.

Ms Evanovich has brought back Ms Stephanie Plum which is always fun.

Janet Evanovich makes me laugh out loud in her Stephanie Plum books. This book is no exception! Hilarious!
Hot guys, adventures, & laughs. I love this books series.
The characters in this book were very amusing. I liked Plum a lot, she's very down-to-earth, and I found myself laughing out loud almost from page 1. My only disappointment was Evanovich's need to use curse words. I found them very distracting and totally unnecessary.
Excellent!
I really liked this book. It made me laugh. The characters our wonderful and I enjoyed it very much!
Great book, just like all the other Stephanie Plum books, keeps you laughing out loud.
Janet Evanovich is another of my favorites!

I enjoy all of her books. They are funny and difficult to put down.
Another fun Evanovich book in the Stephanie Plum series
Sheer entertainment
You just can't get enough of Stephanie Plum. But I definitely recommend starting with One for the Money and working your way up. If you start in the middle of the series, you may not understand the characters as well.
Stephanie Plum and her usual antics. A fast, enjoyable read.
Interesting and fun book to read.
This is a hardcover book. Another great read from Janet Evanovich. This time Stephanie Plum and Co. go to Vegas (Lula...on the road??!) Dead bodies notwithstanding, it's lots of the usual fun.

This series is my favorite of this genre. Funny Jersey Girl!
I absolutely LOVE this series of books. This is one series that should be made into a movie. Evanovich is a great story teller, very humorous.
A sexy, funny female bounty hunter, perpetually getting in trouble in pursuit of low lifes slipping bail. Another in a great series.
Bounty hunter, Stephanie Plum, is on the trail of an illusive Samuel Singh. What she finds is a group of killers who give new meaning to the word "hunter". Good one!
I liked this one well enough but the first few books still remain my favorites of this long running series.
From Publisher's Weekly:
The story opens with the outrageous apprehension of a nude, Vaseline-coated fugitive by Stephanie and her plus-sized, ex-hooker, "sometimes partner" Lula. Soon after, Stephanie sets off on the trail of Samuel Singh, an illegal immigrant who apparently fled a Visa bond and his fiancee. With plenty of prior experience narrating Evanovich titles (Hard Eight, etc.), King has no trouble highlighting the eccentricities of the author's invariably quirky cast of characters, as well as the ongoing romantic triangle between Stephanie, her sexy partner Ranger and Joe, a Trenton cop with whom she shares a "long, strange history." Evanovich's quick-witted, sarcastic and often raunchy dialogue takes the edge off the story's suspense

Loved it.
Janet does it again with this novel. I love Stephanie Plum, she cracks me up and this is yet another example of her crazy antics and hilarious situations. A+++
I love Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum novels. I lived in the Trenton, NJ area for close to 25 years and have a great fondness for the books and the area through Stephanie. She is a real Trenton NJ Girl! She may not be the best bounty hunter - especially when her side kick Lula tags along, but she tries pretty darn hard - and what's a girl to do when shes got sexy Joe Morelli the cop on one hand and HOT Ranger the best bounty hunter ever on the other? Not to mention trying to bring in her bounty so she can pay her rent and not get another car blown up! Stephanie Plum is always a merry ride and a fast read!
Great book, vintage Stephanie Plum novel. I love this series and just die laughing with every book.
I read this book years ago by accident. I didn't know about this series and it was evident after the first chapter that it was a series. However, it was so good that I had to keep reading them. Then I was able to start at the beginning. This is an excellent laugh out loud series. I love the characters and look forward to each book. I'm just looking to own these in paperback due to space constraints.
This is one in a series of 10 (so far) with Stephanie Plum, Janet Evanovich's bounty hunter babe. The book is a quick read, very colorful and FUNNY. I thoroughly enjoyed all of Janet Evanovich's Plum books!

Totally loved this book. How Janet Evanovich can think up such cool stories. Poor Stephanie is in yet another pickle and the two men in her life have to work together to protect her. I love how one unexpected hero saves her in the end by providing some key information. Gotta love this one. Give it 5 stars.
quick book to read
I enjoyed this book immensely! Stehpanie Plum got into even more trouble than usual, if that's possible! She led Ranger's men on a merry chase as they "attempted" to protect her. Connie and Lula were both in top form, and of course, Grandma Mazur is always good. Then, there's always Ranger and Morelli. What can I say??

Another great installment of the this series! Janet Evanovich is an amazing author.
One of the more hilarious volumes in the Stephanie Plum, Bail Bondswoman Extraordinaire series. Stephanie is hot on the trail of Samuel Singh, who skipped out on his immigration visa deadline bond- and Vinny is left holding the bag. Stephanie, with the usual cast of crazy cohorts, is hot on the case, which leads her, Lula, and Connie to Las Vegas. Stephanie gets ensnared into a live action killing game, and needs the constant help from both the elusive Ranger, and Joe Morelli, one of Trenton's finest, to stay alive and one step ahead of the mastermind. A great read!
This series never gets boring. Very fun.
Janet always manages to make me laugh so hard I can't see in front of me! Every book has one scene that just pushes the edge and makes me laugh.
Stephanie is helping Ranger so they can all keep their jobs at the bonds office, because Samuel Singh is missing just before his appointment with the law. Then while on the case she finds a stalker red roses and white carnations with a sick note. Stephanie moves back in with Morelli, but this time there is a family twist. Her dad was ready to move out after the baby was born, Val decided she should marry Kloughn and his mother kicked him out of the house! Steph loaned them her apartment, but before we could figure anything out she gets nabbed from Morelli and is thrown into the Web Master's game at TriBro.

I LOVED it and I checked the back of the book to see if there was another coming at and discovered there were * before this one and one coming out in a month. All of Janet's books are excellent. It's great to follow the anventures of Stephanie, LuLu and Grandma in their bumbling adventures. I would recommend all the Plum books to anyone that needs a light, laugh out loud read every once in a while.
