Generally, these recipes seem to have high flavor and not too many ingredients. There is a great deal of sodium in most of the recipes, but with the flavor packets, individuals can adjust the amounts of sodium. I like ramen and I love recipes that just break up the ramen and put it in a salad. There are some of those included and it really adds a crunch to the salad. One recipe I'm looking forward to trying is the Marinated Eggs for Ramen.
