I have read several other books by this author and have enjoyed them all. Her books take place in a small town in Maine and include several reoccurring characters, that you will feel comfortable with after just the first few chapters. You could pretty much figure out "whodunnit". You just have to keep reading to find out how she ties it all together. Fletcher's don't have page after page of violence or sex. There is a murder and the pages just move along. I read this book in a day. Great book for a plane, beach or pool. I got this from my local library so I can't help those who have it wishlisted. Be patient, it is worth the wait.

This was my first book in this series and I loved it. If you are a fan of Murder She Wrote series on tv I belive you will find these books as enjoyable as the tv show.
One of only two MSW books I haven't liked (the other being Three Strikes and You're Dead). I was excited for the return of Amos, but the plot was just a bit boring. Thankfully, they got better again after this one!

These stories are always good, but this one really kept me turning the pages. Finally went to bed at about 3 am. The only annoying bit was my primary suspect didn't turn out to be the killer. :-) I wonder if the plane was insured.
And I hope in the next book we learn how much Chester's t-shirts sold for on e-Bay.
