I found this book very confusing..maybe if I knew more about Norse legends it would have been better but I don't and I don't think most people do..The first chapter was ok but then it got worse and worse..I could not finish it..life is to short to read bad books.
This book was a good read it fulled my desire for fantasy, Viking folklore, and a tale of strong female warrior. At first I found the writing to be rather learning toward young stages of writing with flawed details and setup. Although as I continued I grew to accustom to the style and come to enjoy the whole book. I tend to like my books with a bit more romance, although the plot and characters kept me interested. I already have the second book within the series ready to be pounced upon.
