This is a great book for all levels of runners. If you've always wanted to tackle a marathon or half-marathon but felt overwhelmed by the thought, this book will help because it gives so many training options. There are plans for walking, walking with a little running, running with a little walking, and running both distances. It makes it seem so doable. There is advice on everything from shoes to nutrition too. I'm now in the middle of training for my first half marathon and am actually having fun!

Great book by the "Penguin". Whether you are fast or slow... this is a good read.
