This is a very good anthology. I had never read any books by any of these authors, so i wanted to read the anthology before i invested money into books by authors i may not like. I really enjoyed all of the stories equally with Julia Quinns and Karen Hawkins stories as the top two. The stories are better when read in the order they come, for they all sort of tie in to each other. All in all, a good, fast read!
*If you are looking for hot steamy love scenes, KH's is the steamiest, with JQ at 2nd, followed by SE and MR, but for the most part, the book is pure romance with little to no love scenes.

Loved the first story best. Julia Quinn's sense of humor and wit is outstanding. I enjoyed the others as well but there was just too much sexual description for me in a couple of the other short story parts.

Lady Whistledown was a character I always enjoyed in her Bridgerton series, so of course I had to pick this up. I really liked this anthology because it had a running theme throughout the book with all the stories intersecting and connecting to each other.

I loved the fact that the 4 stories were so intertwined. The fact that the characters keep bumping into each other and seeing the same scene from two or even three characters viewpoints. Very interesting! I think Mia Ryan's story was the weakest of the four. Suzanne Enoch's story was my favorite. I just loved her heroine, Charlotte, and thought the ending (while not as dramatic as some) was realistic and sweet. Karen Hawkins' story was the second best, followed by Julia Quinn's. Good stories by all authors and you can tell that they had fun writing the overlapping parts.

I love Julia Quinn's books--her characters are so real to me and I love to get different stories about characters that I have read about in her other books. I could tell that the other writers really had read the books and knew the characters as well. Reading this book was like visiting with old friends and getting to meet new ones too.

The middle two stories were great. The first, by Quinn, enjoyable but I had trouble with the last one. Maybe because so much seemed repeated from the first three, I'm not sure. It wasn't bad by any means it just did not hold my interest like the others did.
I'll happily read the middle two again sometime.
