This "Wick" series was my first venturing out of American setting for fiction. I did learn from it and found I can enjoy good writing from another time period and country. Be sure to get all the books to this Kensington Chronicles series.

I enjoyed this book about and arranged marriage in King Henry's time. Growth in maturity was a theme. Problems with her wicked older sister also played a part.
This is my favorite book ever. Wonderful story!! Lori Wick "must read"!
This is another book in the series The Kensington Chronicals. A story of an arragned engagement and their journey to real love, and all their mishaps along the way. A fun and touching read.

Set in England at a time when one does not disobey the wishes of the king. A very nice novel that wraps up the series. I did enjoy the book, however the first three seemed to have more to them.

A lovely book with a wonderful, strong, courageous heroine. A story of overcoming an unpleasant childhood and finding love in an unexpected place.
When the king commands Bracken to marry, highâspirited Megan is chosen to fulfill the edict. Unskilled in the ways of love, Bracken finds Megan captivating, yet cannot seem to voice his feelings until he almost loses her forever.

Megan was a sheltered young girl in a convent when she was notified that King Henry had arranged a marriage for her. Bracken , her fiance was told also that the choice was not his. The two agree to live together for 6 months to see if they will suit each other and then marry.
The story line of this wonderful book leads you through intrigue, laughter, tears and devotion to God. If you like reading medieval romance books, then you will certainly enjoy this one. What I really liked was that it was not too long winded on the history level. This book was a five star winner in my opinion.
