I'm going to review the first four books of this series as a "set" since they contain a world story arc that carries through them and most readers will prefer to have all four on hand before starting the series. This is the second book in the Riley Jenson Guardian series, which are paranormal romances set in Melbourne, Australia. Arthur does an excellent job of balancing the paranormal and the romance elements of the story and, while the moon cycle sexual responses of the werewolves echo a bit of LKH's "ardeur", Arthur pulls it off much more smoothly. The paranormal elements are well thought out with a few nice twists to standard mythos. Characters are well drawn, though a bit unbelievably perfect at times. Each book does have a standalone plot with a satisfying conclusion, but as I mentioned, there is a "world arc" that carries through all four books.

2nd in series paronormal romance. Meet Riley Jenson, a herione unlike any other: a gorgeous werewolf with a touch of vampire in her blood. Each book will bring Riley face-to-face with some of the sexiest men in recent fiction--- and launch her into a world of peril and pleaseure that will leave readers panting for the next installment.

Interesting book. Keeps your interest and is very different from other books in the genre. The author has a seductive voice. I'm looking forward to reading her other books about Riley Jenson.

Twins Riley & Rhoan are back along with members of the Dictorate and also some new characters. This 2nd story was very good. More details about are found out about why someone wants Riley. This is a great series. 2 more are scheduled to follow. Enjoy!

Hot and steamy, these are the 2 best words to describe this book. There are passages in Kissing Sun that would make the editors at Playboy blush. I really liked this book and feel that if all women had access to the creatures in this book we would all be a little happier.

Great book, most sets that have more then two books to it kind of get redundent well this set dose not. It just gets better and better.

I was a bit confused when I started reading the Riley Jensen series. After a few pages of going between "Whoa! Nelly! You just met this guy!" to "Who is this guy again?" I realized that I started the books in the wrong order.
So, I guess my first suggestion is read Book 1, Full Moon Rising or you will be lost.
These books should come with oven mitts, the sex scenes are so hot.
Characters aren't bad either. And there is some Directorate and a wanna be boyfriend who seems to be a cross between Mr. Roarke from Fantasy Island and Vampire Bill from True Blood (the early books)--- before he was whipped.
Regardless, I would recommend the series.

I read the whole series in order and loved all the books.
OMG Riley Jenson as a character has been great to follow through getting into both adventure with the Directorate and the steamy sex scenes. Keri Arthur's books are impossible to put down!
In book 2 Kissing Sin, Riley finds herself in the middle of a power struggle between mates who want her to bear their children to mates who want to keep her as their own. Riley doesn't want to settle with one mate, that is until she finds her true mate.
The men in her life are not always the kindest of souls. Some don't even have souls...
Clones, shapeshifters, werewolves, vampires, blue creatures, creepy spiders and many more enchanted creatures have a role in Riley's life as a warrior.

Great series, each one only gets better.
Book two in series, Riley has sex and has sex and has sex. Find myself wishing she'd be more "human" and just pick a guy already but I get that being a wolf = having lots of sex with lots of people. Not entirely sure I'm in love with the idea that sex is her job but she isn't a prostitute. I think she's kind of a prostitute.
Whatever the guys are hot the sex is sometimes hot and there is a lot of action.
My second time through the series, all I can say is keep reading!

This book sucked me in from the beginning. I haven't read the first one yet...so parts were a little confusing, but it is a really good story line. I'm going back to find the first one and then the rest in the series.
love this series. hard to put down. read in 3 days
it was a pretty good book, not my style , but i still enjoyed reading it
Fantastic! I loved this one! Nobody can keep you interested like Keri Arthur!
Excellent book. Jumped right into the action on the first page and kept me reading! Finished this in one day. If you like vampires, werewolves, and hot sex... this it the book for you....and that's not including the plot! Can't wait to read more in this series!

Second book in the very good series.
I love this series. I wouldn't call it paranormal romance, but more paranormal erotica. INteresting story and cast of characters.
From Melbourne's gleaming skyscapers to its throbbing nightclubs, Riley Jenson's world is raging with danger and desire. A drop-dead gorgeous werewolf--with a touch of vamp coursing in her blood--Riley works for an organization created to police the supernatural races. But when she wakes up naked and bruised in a barren alley, she knows only that she must run for her life.
Great New Series! 2nd in this series.

I am finding the series interesting enough to get the next one. Not jump up and down interesting but enough to see what happens next. Who the mystery leader is at the top of it all and why they would want her. It's a decent page turner, but I didn't find that I couldn't put it down and walk away for a day or two at a time.

I loved the first book in this series but this one(and the rest) kinda lost me, in these following stories they're more about the hot sex than the story line. I wasn't aware you could put hardcore porn on paper but she succeeded.
I got tired of the series and stopped reading after this.
I like this entire series so far.I definately recommend trying it.

Vampire & Werewolf=Riley Jenson and working with her twin brother in an organization that polices the supernatural, her life is very interesting and very dangerous! Imagine waking up in an alley naked and bruised knowing that your only option is to run for your life...WOW Just a glimpse of Riley's life. A great read.

that was a great book with werewolves and vampires but it had to much sci-fi creatures and very little in the romance department.
Book #2 in the series.
