I purchased several massage books when my children were young, and this is one I've held onto the longest. I'm ready to share it now.

This book of Infant Massage has relatively easy to follow instructions, although I did find myself wishing that the photographs were a little more explanatory. There were sections on massaging to assist with particular ailments, as well as general massage. It was effective for us, however I would encourage any parent to begin their massages earlier in age. I would recommend this book be read by parents with a newborn or shortly thereafter.

Lots of pictures and descriptions. Discusses benefits of massage for children. Overall very helpful guide to providing loving touch to your baby and child. If you want to try calming your baby with massage but need some guidance or ideas, this is a helpful book.
