Gizzi Erskine is a Scottish stylist, cookery writer and professionally trained cook. She was born in Dumfries, Scotland in 1980 where she lived for two years. She then moved to England.

She is currently presenting the second series of Channel 4's cookery show, 'Cook Yourself Thin'. She has also presented cookery features for ITV1's This Morning and appeared on Sky1's 'Taste'.

Her image and styling play a promiment role in her presenting. She was formerly a punk but at present has adopted stylised 1960s look and persona. She trained at Leith's Cookery School in London..
