This book is a departure from Katherine V. Forrest's usual books. Though it is now a bit dated, the book explores a more intellectual and political side to the world. The characters are still interesting, but they not all of them are lesbian, there is no hot sex, and romance is not the main topic of this story.

This novel by popular lesbian writer, Katherine Forrest, was quite good. It is about 3 lesbians and a gay man that meet at a cabin. They are asked to come by a woman whom they have all shared a part of their lives.
